She has a very gentle yet effective way of adjusting compared to other chiropractors I have seen. I have chronic migraines and when I regularly get adjusted I can keep my migraines under control and feel better overall. She has dry needled my tight muscles in my neck which has also helped my migraine issue. She has adjusted my children for several years and the adjustments helped my toddler son when he had constipation issues. I'm not exaggerating, but within minutes after an adjustment during a bout of constipation, he had a bowel movement. Overall wonderful person and chiropractor.

Dr. Kelsey has been playing a key role in my 4th pregnancy. I feel the best I have in a pregnancy - I can keep my activity levels high with zero pain at 25 almost 26 weeks pregnant with consistent adjustments. I’ve had no other pregnancy pains either which is because of the consistent adjustments I’ve been getting, seeing her since the first trimester. I have also incorporated the supplement she suggested and have had zero brain fog as a result. It’s incredible how focused I can stay where typically at this point in pregnancy and with general mom life I feel spacey more often than not!
