WHAT TO EXPECT
The Hilbert Chiropractic Experience
After you set up your initial appointment, you will be sent paperwork to fill out via email. This gives us a better idea of what you have going on. We will review your paperwork prior to your visit, so please fill it out as completely as possible.
BEFORE YOUR VISIT
You will meet with the doctor for a complete exam. We’ll review your paperwork and discuss your concerns and health goals. If she determines you’d be a good candidate for chiropractic care, you will get your first adjustment. This visit generally takes about 30-45 minutes.
AT YOUR FIRST VISIT
Each visit begins with a quick check-in to see how you’ve been feeling since your last adjustment. We will assess your spine and overall alignment before tailoring your care for that day. Visits are generally 10-15 minutes but may vary with additional therapies. We will go over financial or insurance information with you on your second visit.

CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS
Dry Needling involves the insertion of needles into muscles to promote healing. Usually there is an increase in soreness in the area needled, but this subsides after 24-48 hours. Soreness = Healing.
Benefits:
• Pain relief
• Improving range of motion
• Increasing blood flow
• Decreased muscle tension
• Promoting a healing response in the muscles
Dry needling sessions are best paired with exercise after to help facilitate the changes that were made. We also like to pair chiropractic adjustments with dry needling to get the best results.
NOTE: Must be an established patient to book a dry needling session. Most insurances do not cover dry needling.
